- Distribute malware, illegal content, or material that facilitates harm.
- Bypass digital rights management, security controls, geographic restrictions, or source-platform safeguards.
- Automate excessive requests, scrape the service, exhaust API quotas, or interfere with availability.
- Resell, mirror, reverse engineer, or create an unauthorized competing service from InfiTik's infrastructure.
5. Intellectual property and copyright
All third-party videos, music, images, names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. InfiTik receives no ownership interest in content processed through the tool. You bear full responsibility for the URL submitted and every subsequent use of downloaded material.
InfiTik branding, original website design, copy, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. User responsibility
You represent that your use is lawful and does not violate another party's rights. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, downloaded files, compliance obligations, and any consequences arising from the use or distribution of downloaded content.
7. Third-party platforms and services
The website relies on external hosting, analytics, advertising, database, and media-processing providers. InfiTik does not control their systems, policies, accuracy, availability, or output. A link or reference to a third party does not constitute endorsement or affiliation.
8. Advertising
The service may display advertising provided by Google or other advertising networks. Advertisers are responsible for their own content, offers, products, and destination pages. Your interaction with an advertisement is solely between you and the advertiser.

Access may be limited or terminated when misuse, automation, security risk, legal exposure, quota abuse, or a violation of these terms is detected. The service may also be modified or discontinued without liability.
